CodeIgniter Creative Designer, using Twitter Bootstrap Responsive Design - CSS3, HTML5 - Long term relationship

We are Looking for a CREATIVE CodeIgniter Template and Website Design Expert, with Twitter Bootstrap Responsive Design skills, for ongoing project work. Flexible working hours from 7am to 6pm CET. Daily communication via WebEx, Facetime, iMessage and others. We have a 2 step process. - 1. Create the top, sides and bottom of the design. - 2. We work together on the content of the design later. Please note that you must have experience with CodeIgniter design/layout. This work is Layout and Design only, no development or server work required. (any good ideas is always welcome) :) Language requirements: - Speaks and writes perfect/fluent English Development and Design requirements, (expert level): - Graphical, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc. - JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Ajax - HTML, HTML5, XHTML, XML, CSS, CSS3 - CoreIgniter Template web design, GridSystem framework, Twitter Bootstrap, jQuery UI - Responsive web design, Twitter Bootstrap Development requirements, (nice to have): - MVC Based Framework experience (CodeIgniter, and others) - Building modules (for CI and others) - PHP, PHP5 and OOP (ObjectOriented) - MySQL 5+, we are looking into PostgreSQL and NoSQL - API Development, MicrosoftAPI, GoogleAPI, AWS, and others Server requirements, (nice to have): - Linux/Unix (Ubuntu/Debian/FreeBSD) - Puppet, Git, GitHub - High Availabillity and Load Balancing for web services (front/back/http/sql) - Varnish/Nginx reverse proxy (or equiv.) - Web: Apache, Lighttpd, Nginx - Sql: MySql, PostgreSQL, (NoSQL) and others - NoSQL: MongoDB, SimpleDB, OracleNoSQL and others - Perl, Shell scripting - Cloud knowledge (AWS and/or others) Terms: - Hours per week: few hours per week. - Start date: As soon as possible.
