Build a Community Website

Likeaholic, the employer would like to hire an Indenpendent Contractor. To complete and develop a Social Sharing Community Website. The Independent Contractor will be responsible for the front-end and back-end to illustrate all features described in this document. Please note that the selected Independent Contractor will have the opportunity to complete other similar projects with the Employer simultaneously (to be discussed). The Employer will be responsible to provide the final Photoshop files for the final design. Project Description: The Social Sharing Community (SSC) is a website where users registered on this platform will share articles on social media comment and share their view. On the other hand, the Ad Buyer will submit his posts that he wants to promote. The Ad Buyer will determine the PPC rate and budget for each articles. The users will therefore have a selection of articles to share on social media. The Employer will have to approve the html and CSS that the Contractor will complete. If any feature in this document is unclear or not specific enough, the Independent Contractor is responsible to clarify it with the Employer before starting the work.
