blogger one page

I would like someone to combine these two templates Both templates are almost the same except one has a small column starting from the left side, and the other is missing a column on the right. I want the first column to be 200px 2. column 360px 3. column 100 4. column 100 5. column 100 There is a ad spot location above the two right columns and that ad spot need to be matched to sit above number 4 and 5 column. This is needs to be a fixed site. Here is a example of page to design both are almost the same but one has the column on the left side. and the other is minus the one column on the right.
