CSS designer needed to fix menu & sliding banner glitches

I need an experienced CSS Designer. I have a sliding banner that is dysfunctional and glitchy, and a dropdown menu that is not working properly in Safari and chrome. The sliding banner needs to work like this one here: [login to view URL] The menu I'm quite happy with, ([login to view URL]) but in Chrome the borders between the child items are not consistently showing, and in Safari, it's jumpy, not always allowing the mouse to move from parent to child without it disappearing. The menu and the banner need to work across all major recent versions of browsers (safari, firefox, chrome and IE) Here's the developing website: [login to view URL] and here's the relative stylesheet: [login to view URL] (and business catalyst's stylesheet: [login to view URL]) I'd like this done in the next 7 days if possible.
