CSS IE quick fix

Have a website top navigation menu and the background colour to the drop down list section displays a different background colour in IE to other main browsers. In addition the menu item that activates the drop down list also currently links back to the same page, I also need this link removing. If you need any further explanation let me know and the URL is attached and should be a very quick fix. Thanks
