American Wordpress/Graphic person

I need an american who can be available by phone for part time work. The first project I have is of decent size but after that it will mainly be graphics here and there and also some basic web and wordpress stuff I will need done. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE BY PHONE AND LIVE IN AMERICA and speak fluent english. The skills I need are: Basic to Advanced Graphic Design Wordpress is a MUST Basic SEO knowledge of on page SEO Be able to set up a multiple product clickbank or paypal site with landing page. The average number of hours would be 5-20 per month. Project: I need to take my site [login to view URL] and change it over to wordpress. At first it will have all the same material and also mp3 downloads. I will need you to basically take the same site over to wordpress keeping the same keyword focuses for each page. It is vitally important that the site is properly SEO'd for the pages once it is finished. I will need you to do this project on some kind of other server somehow until the site is ready and then transfer it over once I've approved of everything.
