Build a micro worker site

I would like to make a web site almost like gigbux but different. The Buy mechanism will be same as fiverr, but the Seller mechanism will be different. (LIke payment method and commission). Also I would like the structure of the web site to be unique. as well as two other diferrences. I also dont want it to look like gigbux as well specific instruction will be given to the winner. Winner should know how to develop progam with paypal.
