Car service website

I need someone to develop a professional website layout for a car service website. NOTE: please read the whole description and reply to the posting with the title listed at the bottom. All bids that do not have the correct title will not be considered. This is very important. Details: I have used template website to give a demonstration of what I want. However, I would like to host the site myself, and have my own code. This project will mostly be front end intensive work. I want someone with the skills to suggest improvements on layout, color schemes, create a logo, and maybe create a better flow. What I expect: I would like to see a preview before you start: color schemes, pictures, where you think text should go, where you think boxes should be moved etc. Possibly if you can show me a pdf of how you think it should look. then move to a wireframe. I would like this done quickly, with revisions I want clean code with comments I want someone easy to communicate with. Must respond promptly and submit milestones ON TIME.
