Complete website conversion to Wordpress

We have a number of travel websites which slowly we want to convert to Wordpress. We have done this for one, are in the middle of doing another, but want to outsource as a faster way to do this. We look to outsource one site now ([login to view URL]), and others later depending on the results. [login to view URL] is online (but closed to search engines), has the latest WP version, and a premium theme is being selected. Plugins have been added. The text for most pages has been copied from the current site it will replace, www.argentinadiscover.com. A couple of the pages (mainly those under the tours dropdown) will be done mainly by us as they use xml and php to source content from an external MS SQL database. This is what we are looking to outsource:- 1 apply the selected theme (probably Big Bang) 2 improve the format and appearance of contact page & form, and the other pages 3 add menu, sidebars, widgets based on consultation, and new versions of the flash slideshows we have on the old site using the same photos 4 source and place attractive creative commons photos in some of the pages 5 create a draft home page according to consultation 6 add in 4-6 blog articles from a previous discontinued blog 7 configure Yoast's WordPress SEO plugin for the pages 8 provide advice as requested on features such as RSS feeds, SEO optimisation tips, etc NOTES - We only want to deal with INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE, not companies, and ONLY following up with proposals where the person POSTING is the one who will be doing the work. We do not wish to deal initially with one person who will then farm out the work to his or her own "team." - Pse indicate time duration you estimate for a typical described project, allowing for consultation during the project.
