Create demo site / mobile site based on mockup images

Create a clickable demo site based on the mockup designs we have created. We require 2 demo sites: 1. for our website design. 2. for our mobile app design We will need a skilled html coder to create a workable demo we can use to refine the user experience of our mock-up web and mobile applications.
