What is needed: Apply Industry standards and professional work, W3C coding compliant, consistent views/styles across all features, optimized for fast loading and do not break the RT template to make the changes.... Provided: Already have Affinity template and Jomsocial loaded on site. Already have a working site, with colors and layout/design 85% completed, only need a few new module positions enabled and final layout tweaks.
