DESIGN LAYOUT & MAKE HTML / CSS TEMPLATES FOR OUR EBAY STORE

Ebay template designs needed for ebay stores. Must be html and css based only. (no javascritps allowed due to ebay's system). Please look at some ebay sellers stores at [login to view URL] or other ebay sites worldwide to get an idea of what is needed. There are millions of ebay stores, and I am looking to create one of the best looking ebay stores! The design must be very clean, attractive, fast loading, original and match my logo colours. (no monster-templates or other templates). Please find attached some basic information regarding ebay, my logo and some other ideas I've taken screen grabs from. This is a quick job for the right designer with MUCH MORE WORK AVAILABLE IF YOUR PRICE IS RIGHT AND DESIGNS ARE GREAT!. We have worked with coders and designers from India, China, Pakistan, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand (just to name a couple).. I do know the real going rates.
