Design needed

Hello I need a design for an auction site. I have attached the mockups for pages and logo that are needed at this time, you can tweak them to make them look better (spacing could use some help, color shade, resize, move things around a bit, border or background addition, whatever would make it look better). I would like you to make a mockup for each page similar to what I have attached (enhanced with your design ability where needed), and then make a version of what you think looks good. Once the mockups are ok'ed, then, you'd create them using css/html, and send me those files. There will be some more pages, but we will go with these for now and see how that goes. The best design practices should be used obviously, CSS rather than tables, whatever the latest best practices are. There may be some requests for tweaking, so count on that and figure it into your bid. Also, I plan on adding a sort of DMS (design management system) to the admin panel in the near future, so I guess keep that in mind when designing, if you can do it in a way that would make it easier to create the DMS later.
