Develop new features and add twitter bootstrap templates - Ruby on Rails

We have internal information system written in Ruby on Rails hosted on Heroku. It uses Rails 3.2.11. And repository is on github. We need add: - twitter bootstrap template (replace old layout) - add about 10 new features - add unit test, because it is not completed More new work will come soon, when this prepared work will be done. For first 2 months we will have more work. Software use about 20 tables and manage about 300 MB database in Postgresql. Cooperation should be long term but not full time.
