design frontpage/sub page

Need a very modern website design. It must be very clean and not from a template and must be original. Think google clean. The website will be about cheap or inexpensive things to do. It should have a personal feel to it but I do NOT want it to look like a blog. I want it to look unique. The items that could be written about are restaurants, coupons, free things, inexpensive dates to go on, etc. The posts are random. As I find something interesting I'll post up the deal and some info about it. Think like it is a fb wall but it is on my website and I control it. I need a frontpage and subpage designed. The data you will have available will be a title, a paragraph or two of content (blurb), a full length article, and it will be tagged certain things to help categorize it (food, free, etc). The format needs to be in a cs3 psd or AI file.
