I need a designer who is very good at his job and can be creative. I like to start with a mockup for a new website a sample design will be provided and that design should be changed and enhanced untill it is accepted. You will have some freedom in your design within the scope of our project. Young and ambitious designers are encouraged only if they master the craft and think to be artistic, since there might be other projects after this and we are looking for a freelancer for regular jobs. The website is a psychic hotline website ( you can google them for reference) and we need at least 2 versions of the same site with different colors schemes. The design itself doesn't have to be different only the colors and background images used.
