I'm starting an online clothing business in which I hope is going to be a success, however since i'm not too good with design on computers, i am looking for someone who can use software like Adobe Creative Cloud or Corel for example. Not a basic Paint job! I have my designs on paper and in my head but I need to be able to explain/show somebody them and for them to be made digital. The skills do not by any chance have to be sky high, just not a bog standard job. I don't have a strong budget but will be as lengthy as possible for a good job. This is simply an inquiry as my idea is not definite and still needs some things to be confirmed and thought about before things go further. Many Thanks Charlotte
