Build an Online Store

I am working on a Drupal 7 ecommerce site and I have almost the entire thing done except for a credit card issue with checking out and attaching a downloadable file to existing products I already created. (I have made about 24 of them, it's not a real site so the same pdf attached to all is the only thing I'm looking for). I am using ubercart so all work needs to be done using that. Credit card encryption is what is throwing me off about the checking out process. I also need premium members (a role I specified) to have access to all downloadable files, but regular members to only have access once they have purchased the product. I am just looking for someone to go in and clean up these things asap. Pretend file attached. I need this done in the next 12 hours.
