Build a Variable Table Compatible with WooCommerce

Our online store contains over 100 e-liquid flavor products and all have 2 variables, a level of Nicotine(0% - 3.6%) and a size(15ml - 30ml) etc. The shopping cart is WooCommerce for Wordpress and we need a custom table that will allow wholesalers to view all products on one page and add products to their cart including their unique discount. The process is currently active but on an old html website which will be replaced by the new Wordpress website. The table options need to ultimately "Add to Cart" and correctly total according to the product price.
