Build a simple Website exclusively for iPad

I need a very simple website developed to be displayed on iPads. It does not need to be amazing, functional is #1. The website will be for a role-playing game with very static options. I will have a room with 40 people with iPads accessing this webpage. One iPad will be hooked to a projector, showing the current sessions and points. 6 people will be designated as "Monsters" and the rest will be grouped in teams of 4-5 as Adventurers. A Monster will go up to a team of adventurers and have a 12 sided dice. The monster will read a description of himself out loud from the iPad, and choose which party he is attacking. The party will roll the device, and tell the monster the number. The monster will type the number in and hit submit. The party's laptops should update to show a question to ask the monster. Some questions will increase the monster's energy by 1, some will increase the party's energy by 1. As soon as one side reaches 3 energy points, either the monster will defeat the party or the party will "Use a special skill" and defeat the monster, gaining a level as a party. The monster will then switch to a new team and the next "round" will begin. After 3 different monster attacks, the game is over. Total scores should be updated constantly on the iPad connected to the projector. Home Page: There will be a title bar with text sourced from a flat file / DB, which remains on every page. There will be four buttons. Two large ones that say Adventurers and Monsters, and two small ones that say Scoreboard and Settings. Adventurers: Adventurers will be able to see what party they are in. If they in a party, they may quit. If they are not in a party, they may join an existing party or create a new one. When Join existing is selected, a list of parties that are available is displayed. When Create New is selected, it allows the name of a party to be entered, and this is saved in the DB for others to join. Once they are in a party, a dynamic webpage is displayed of their current status. This status shows the name of the party, # of monster’s fought, party level, energy level, and a text box for the current script. They will fight at most 3 monsters, will start at level 1. Each monster they defeat they gain a level. Each round during the fight they will either gain a level of energy or the monster will. It should also show if they are fighting a monster, and if they are how much energy it has and the name of the monster. Once the three monsters are fought, it should show a summary of how the party did and have a start over button. Monsters: There are six monsters to choose from, displayed with a brief description with three buttons. Users will be able to choose one if there is one available. Once chosen, they will be given a list of available parties who are waiting for a monster attack. They choose one, and will be given a script to read and have a text box for a number to be entered. They enter a number (1-12) and are given a script to read. Based on the number, either the monster will increase 1 energy or the party will. This event will repeat until either the party or the monster has 3 energy. If the monster has 3 energy, they defeat the party. If the party has 3, they defeat the monster. Once the battle is over, the monster returns to the previous menu and is allowed to attack another party. Scoreboard: This will be a single screen that shows the current parties, how far along in the game they are, and what their current level / energy is. If you click on the party name it should display who is in the party. Settings: This section will require a simple password “magenta” that allows me to edit virtually any text throughout the game. Monster descriptions, scripts, questions, answers, everything possible.
