Build a simple website in MVC for displaying fashion store designs

I want a website designed in MVC, JQuery which allows- 1. Users to view and select a design, details of which will be sent to the user's email and SMS (if user wants so). 2. Admin to upload and manage various designs and also update other data. 3. Also the Admin must have easy interface to update other sections of the website without any need of technical assistance. 4. It would be nice if the website is responsive and works well on mobile devices as well. [login to view URL] developers are free to choose their own ideas for the look and feel as well as other functionality 6. I don't want Flash to be used, instead i prefer JQuery or other related client side libraries based on JavaScript. I will assign the project based on the freelancer's experience.
