Convert a Joomla 2.5.8 Template to Joomla 3.3

I have a website that is built on Joomla 2.5.8. It is now time to get onboard with Joomla 3.3 and I need someone to make the transition for me. The last few weeks the website has slowed down a lot, and I don't know why. Instead of working on solving that issue I figured it is time to ditch the old and get on with the new. My current template doesn't support Joomla 3.3 so but the guys who made the first template also provides a free Joomla 3.x version of the template. I already have it available, but don't know how to install it without messing everything up. I want the file structure to be identical, so that Google won't think it is a new site. All old links should work, including the blog (EasyBlog). I am currently in Sweden, so let's get together via email.
