We have 4 PDF forms we need converted into XHTML ready for us to implement as a online application form. We need our pdf's taken and converted into VALID CSS/XHTML TABLELESS designs. The css will need to be expandable. Please provide a few examples of both sites you have designed and just converted from pdf/psd. The layout of the converted XHTML must mirror the layout of the [login to view URL] payment will be made once the XHTML has been received and checked against the above. I need the CSS and XHTML to be very structured and commented if necessary eg start / end of sections. This project is for HTML Experts only.
