Convert a PSD to a Wordpress Woocommerce theme

I need a person who will convert a PSD to Wordpress Woocommerce Theme. I will provide you with PSD file and some plugins (layerslider, jnewsticker, etc). Currently I have only one page design (main). Please bid on converting only mage page. The developer will receive also additional work for converting sub pages. Price for sub page will be discussed later on when I will know how many there would be. Please take a look at main page image I provided so you will know how much work is to be done. Again: Only bid for converting main page!
