Convert a desigh template to a nopCommerce website and `````````````implement a Silverlight application

Hello friends, I need to turn a design that I have into a nopCommerce website. I need to have a users login in the website. there will also be 3 user roles (beside the administrator) I also need a silverlight application running that will offer the same login. (using WCF to sync the website and the Silverlight application) I will also need to implement paypal checkout.
