Build and implement Joomla travelportal

I have several polish (polski) travel URL's like Bulgaria vacation, Italy vacation, etc. I need someone to develop the website like described in separate document. The design needs to used for different URL’s. For example I have [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] So the design can be the same as long as I can put somewhere in the title which country the website is meant for. If build I need to the developer to place it on the webserver so that I only need to place the content. I prefer to have a polish developer (who speaks English well), but it is no must
