Design real estate posting board

I have a website where owners would like to post their properties to sell or rent. They should be able to go to the webpage and post a description of the property that they are selling and be able to upload pictures of the property with a short description of the picture underneath. Perhaps a maximum of 6 or 8 pictures and then contact info below. I need this in kind of a hurry
