Designer Needed for a Skin Care Website Template

I am in need of a designer to create a template for a skin care website. I have a drawing attached which is a "rough" outline of what I would like the site to look like. I need a creative individual to make this a reality for me. Proper candidate will: -Have great photoshop design skills -Be able to follow instructions and work from an drawing idea to make it a reality -Be able to slice the PSD template into tableless XHTML/CSS -Be available for updates in the future (This would be additional paid work) -Be will to provide a mock up and then take feedback and make changes Preference will be given to those who have -Great feedback and have completed lots of work here at Freelancer.com -Provide suitable examples of work from beauty/skin care industries -Can get started right away on the project Please post your bid with any relevant examples.
