Convert PSD to CSS and XHTML

We need a highly competent CSS and XHTML website developer who can develop WebPages to W3C standards to a high attention to detail. We have a number of Photoshop designs that all need to be cut and transformed into CSS and XHTML. All the designs follow the same format and are all part of the same website. This should mean that there will be a considerable amount of code that can be duplicated. The Designs need to be duplicated exactly as they are seen in the PSD. There will be roughly 8-10 pages. All designs must be completed by October the 6th. We hope to develop a good working relationship with anyone we work with. I have attached an example of the design attached. All other designs will follow the same structure, the only difference will be the content within.
