Authorize.net AIM & Checkout

Need to hire someone familiar with shopping carts, php, mysql, & [login to view URL] aim shopping cart checkouts. I've got a website, with a shopping cart already set up using [login to view URL] shopping cart script. I need someone that is able to integrate [login to view URL]'s AIM with the shopping cart so that payment is made on our site. As it stands now, when someone places an order in the shopping cart and checks out, it sends a notification as if payment has been made, when the customer could very well have not entered their credit card information. I will also need the person for this project to be able to change it so that only when an order is confirmed paid by credit card that an order notification is sent out to the buyer and to us.
