Fixing a problem on Ebay store (Files)

Hello and thanks for looking, I hired a company [login to view URL], to make a Ebay Design shop, everything worked out until last week, his website has been suspended and in fact all the ebay shops that they designed, I cannot contact the person, he doesn't answer emails anymore, I need someone to re fix the problem and the ebay shop design.
