clean and simple: stylish social website (buddypress)

Hi freelancers First of all, I am looking for a freelancer with decent English language skills. I want to make a social website with wordpress/buddypress. I will provide the freelancer a domain with buddypress already installed. Necessary logos, pictures and colors will also be provided. It needs to look clean and simple. (look and feel like this: [login to view URL]). The main content of the website will be the forum. See it as a very small and basic LinkedIn community with a forum. Description of functionalities: Fixed and narrow menubar with a small logo and these buttons (plain text): -Home: An introduction youtube movie clip (provided by me), tagline, a list of featured/new forum posts (titles only), newsfeed. Only this page will be available for non-registered users, to see the other pages, people will need to register. -User Profile: Possibility to post, Professional information like on LinkedIn. It would be great if a user could login with their LinkedIn (and Twitter) account and the website would take their LinkedIn profile info? It’s important that the users won’t have to fill in 10 forms and a captcha in order to register. -Members: list of members, basic search engine for 3 types of information: name, work position, company. -Forum: Categories (uncategorized is not possible) – 3 forms per post (if this is not possible, 3 fixed titles in 1 form are fine) – The user will be writing an experience, perhaps it is possible to add a rating with stars? – Possibility to link forum post with Twitter & LinkedIn. Once these functionalities are perfect, the freelancer can be hired again to add new functionalities, such as groups, blogs,… Please provide me with a portfolio of live word/buddypress websites in order for me to assess your skills. The website will be maintained by me, so the freelancer will need to take this into account and perhaps give me a document with all the changes made to the standard Word/Buddypress.
