Browser Compatibility Fix

Hi This should be an easy job for a web developer who knows what they are doing. The issue I have is that the website I created using Dreamweaver all works alright on Firefox and Safari but the sound doesn't play on Internet Explorer. All I need is someone to check this out and action a fix so that the sound plays on all browser formats. Please come back to me with an estimate of how many hours this will take and the fee you are looking for. I would expect this to be an easy job so I don't think it should take long and I'm looking for a low price also. However, I will be needing more work done to refine the site and others in the near future. So more than likely if you take this on and do a good job there will be more work in the future.
