Clean - Small Website needed.

Looking to hire a coder/designer in order to create a clean design for an artist. I have all the designs done and I just need someone to convert this into web based html as its in .jpg design at the moment. The coder/designer should be very good in designing and coding galleries. This is a small site, only 4/5 pages. Very simple - Home, Gallery, About, Contact and maybe one more area. Gallery is the most important as the artist work is displayed. I want to make this a successful web site. Also I would like to make this site go live. For instance any tips/hints to make the artist popular on the internet. Better search results such as on Google. I do not want to use Java for the site. Would like to create a nice gallery thats easy to edit / update and I would like to get instructions on how to do it later on. Please send me any gallery examples you have.
