Convert 3 small banners from PSD 2 HTML and add them to our WP template + some WP tweeking

Hello, I need someone to insert ready made PSD banners to our WP installation. Also need to duplicate some template pages and their widgets. Replacing/inserting of some existing widgets and graphics. Also replacing template logo and header background. Placeholder for mostly banners already exists in our WP template. Maybe some icons replacement (we have all icons) Recommend & install some fancy expandable text plugin for WP although we already have one... Content need to be converted from PSD file. CSS for this part should be inserted in template CCS file. You work must pass pass W3C validation and XHTML pass. Several jobs with exactly same procedure will be passed over after this one. For PSD 2 (X)HTML professionals this requires a 30-60 minutes of effort. Please accept to sign our NDA, that is a requirement. But you only need to do that once.
