I used to be a software consultant for several years in Austin, TX and we had a couple of client's using Lucene searching for their web applications (.NET/C#). I've had some previous experience in writing/implementing the search features, building indices and I've setup a SOLR (another elastic search) server before. I'm new to Freelancer and this is my first bid.
