Build a Chinese Online Store

We are looking for an experienced all around WordPress & WooCommerce developer to design & build a Chinese e-commerce website & platform to be hosted in Hong Kong for a cross border sales operation into China. Project includes all aspects from creative design, text insertion & translations, site development, shopping cart, payment gateway setup & integration, integration with logistic's system, hosting setup up to getting the site fully operational.
