Based on your request; 1) I would develop a system that's able to store companies legal documents in an organized way. 2) The database would be flexible enough and easy to add more items/categorize for organization. 3) Documents shall be grouped ,labeled,indexed. 4) For document with expiration date the software would be able to get notification for near expire documents 5) It would be able to send email for documents expiration,store scanned image/PDF for each document, 6) The program should be able to preview the scanned document.e.t.c For further discussion you can message me .
