Build an Online Multi Vendor Website

Hi, We require a completely custom coded site built from scratch. It would be based on our requirements. Please provide a timeframe. We require multi vendor dashboard with full admin access and a breakdown of each vendors total sales. Each vendor would also get a different level of commission dependent on agreement. We would require an email application to promote to existing users. Also the email feature should update the customer when they have signed up, placed an order, cancelled an order, etc. We need front page sliders for featured vendors. Gateway for card payment or option to pay by cash on delivery. Cash on delivery orders should still calculate the commission due so that we can charge this to each vendor. Customers should be able to message vendors to ask questions about the product.
