Build an OpenCart Dev site and Install new theme

Hi. I need a subdomain created and a site copied to it. Once the site is copied in its entirety, a new theme needs to be applied to it and styled up. Once approved, the new look/feel needs to be transferred to the main domain. The site is hosted on inMotion. The site is an OpenCart 1.5.6 site. We have the theme to use. Here's the current site: [login to view URL] There is also a Moodle folder in there to deal with, here: [login to view URL] Nothing needs to be done to the Moodle site other than keep is where it is. Basically, we need a site refresh on a dev site, then that refresh needs to be pushed live. We need this done super quickly. As quickly as possible. The dev site needs to be ready tomorrow (Monday) if possible.
