Build a Web application for interactive movie

We are a team of indie filmmakers who come from different backgrounds from IT to Sociology but all united in the name of cinema. We are here to hire talent to develop a web based application for our interactive movie. The application is an art project for the consumption of general audience (read as end-users) to watch the In-movie and also interact with characters through various interactivity features. We are looking for an expert (team) who would engage and execute the project with us right from design through application hosting. We are currently in the stage of finalizing script on the movie pre-production front. Our target is to get the web application ready by the time we complete our movie production. An ideal developer for our project would be having loads of expertise on UX design and experience in implementing complex functionality for web/mobile applications. Additional experience in delivering apps for Movies/Games would be preferred. We are not looking for someone who just write code or recycle their existing web templates. They should have proven expertise in delivering projects involving fast media streaming, stylized and animated web design, security, equally charming on both back-end and front-end development and also possess people skills to be able to convert our project requirements into technical specifications (both functional and non-functional). If you are interested, do include references of your previous work and also most significant computer problem that you solved in delivering those. This is a fixed price project which will have pre-defined and mutually agreed milestones. If you work only in hourly contract mode, you’ll have to really work hard to convince us.
