Calling HTML Experts

Hi Bidders, I am looking for HTML/CSS expets who can easily convert 1 home page from PSD into HTML/CSS with out making any errors so that HTML/CSS should look exactly the same as PSD. I dont have much time for revisions so i would recommend only for HTML/CSS experts who are confident enough that they will not be asked for more revisions should bid on this task as time being really short. PSD and other details will be provided to winner bidders. Bids from western region will have an advantage. Thanks, Sam
