Payment Terms: - 10% Upon award on Freelancer - 20% upon completion of changes to demo site based on customer feedback - 40% upon completion of customer acceptance test - 30% upon successful migration to hosting provider servers and go live.

Hi, I had gone through your requirement. For this we can either use CMS or we can build on HTML template with php framework. I suggest you symfony framework for website using HTML template. Total work will be around 100 hours. You have to purchase HTML template. You can upload product from adminside.
