Change Header In Wordpress Site

Need the top banner of my wordpress site changed. I need to swap out a picture and move the next over to the right. The site is [login to view URL](dot)com. The women needs to be changed with the image attached and the text needs to be all on the right side not in-between the text. Should be an easy fix for a wordpress guru. Need it done within an hour so If you can't do it now than please don't bid.
