Classified Ad Site

I would like to set up a free classified ad site for the wholesale industry. I will provide you will the names for all of the categories. For example, Category 1 "Wholesale Shoes" Category 2 "Wholesale Clothing" The site should also have a forum section where users can post messages, and reply to comments. I will need an easy admin section where I am able to add html for Google Adsense and other links. Once the site is created I need it to be hosted with Godaddy or any other reputable hosting company, although I do prefer Godaddy.
