Convert a Template to a Website

THIS JOB IS A FACEBOOK API JOB. On my Facebook page, I need a programmer to put together my personalized facebook page. I want to add Events to this (I created a page for this - [login to view URL] but couldn't figure out the rest. Please only respond if you know how to do API DEVELOPMENT, how long it would take and what your cost would be.
