Convert a layered png and a PSD into html -- 2

We need to convert two files into html pages : - the first one is to be used in a web application - the second one is for a mailing, so must be mailing compatible. The web page (from layered png) must be a static XHTML / CSS files compatible with the following web browsers: Chrome (6+), Firefox (3+), IE (7+), Safari (2+) Detailed instructions: - we would like to have the images in an img folder, the css in a css folder; we don't need any javascript, we will do it ourselves - all displayed text should be transformed into text (except the company logo in the top left part of the page) The email (from PSD) file must be compatible with common mail clients : - Windows live mail - Outlook - Thunderbird - Lotus - Hotmail, gmail, yahoo mail and common webmail clients.
