Creating Landing page | Desktop & Mobile Friendly

Hi, Creating a landing page which involves a small survey,sharing function,shipping details and then offer. 1:First a small survey is taken as shown in sample landing page link provided. 2:Share button: * it will include 2 share [login to view URL] app and facebook. * If the user is from desktop then direct direct share on facebook only. * If the user is from mobile then 2 options will appear facebook and whatsapp. 3:Continue button: * the user should share with 10 peoples so he would allowed to click on continue button. 4:Shipping Details/information form. * The user will fill the shipping details and then he will be navigated to offer page.
