Custom Template Design for osCommerce

We are a web site development firm with a work overload and need a professional website developer experienced with osCommerce template design and it may be an advantage to be experienced with Joomla templating as well. This project includes customizing a template for osCommerce from which we will provide the design. The main part of the website will be Joomla based for the cms and will be using a Joomla template. What we need is this Joomla template design to work with the osCommerce cart because the osCommerce will be used for the cart portion of the website. The design is not finalized yet but for the sake of a quote I can provide a Joomla template to go by and understand that there may be a quote revision if the final template requires it. We will need the template for the latest version of osCommerce. Please let me know if there are any further questions. Examples of your work would be appreciated. I have included a design for review.
