Design a Website Mockup

At RedBalloon we are looking for a Product Designer to come in and support through a busy period making sure we are delivering on enhancing our UX & UI experience at all times.​ We are looking for an in house member of the team to join us! Working across the Technology & wider team as the in house Product Designer you’ll be tasked with creating innovative digital products and services that solve real problems. You will have a strong set of conceptual skills, an eye for style and a passion for detail. You’ll design and make with intent and your ideas will be backed by a solid practical and technical knowledge. All our work is crafted with thought and strategy behind it. You’ll run co-design sessions and share your passion and expertise with clients and project teams across RedBalloon.​ You will need -A passion for emerging technologies, devices and digital products with a focus on user-centric design -Comfortable with the ever growing list of tools for modern product design: Sketch, InVision, Framer, Adobe CC etc. -Comfortable putting your work in-front of real customers with regular user testing and think in assumptions and are on a constant quest to validate your work. -Thrive on the natural uncertainty inherent in agile product design, you’ll be comfortable adjusting course based on user insights and changing priorities. -You’re able to communicate clearly and inspire confidence with team-mates , whether that’s through design documentation or leading a client workshop. -Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with a demonstrated knowledge of standard iOS, Android and web patterns. -Enough HTML/CSS knowledge to prototype and collaborate with Developers. -A social personality, sense of humour and a good playlist will go a long way!
